Student outreach that starts with a national talent search

Super 30 is a student-facing initiative from CBS Foundation built on a network of 10,000+ educators across India. The Foundation is now extending that reach directly to students, starting with a national talent search exam for classes 7–12.

CBS Foundation:
From Educators to Students

CBS Foundation began by working with educators building leadership, training, and recognition programs that now reach over 10,000 educators across India. That educator network is the foundation Super 30 is built on: instead of reaching students cold, the Foundation reaches them through the coaching centres and teachers they already know and trust.

Super 30 marks the Foundation’s shift from an educator-first mission to an educator-student-led one the beginning of a broader set of student initiatives designed to give young learners early recognition, national benchmarking, and a direct line to the universities shaping their future.

What is super 30

Super 30 is CBS Foundation’s national talent search exam for students in classes 7 through 12 designed to identify and nurture academically gifted minds early, before the pressure of board exams and college admissions sets in. Every participant is benchmarked nationally through state and district-level rankings, and any student who goes on to secure admission into an IIT or NIT gets their first-year BTech tuition fee covered in full by CBS Foundation.

How Super 30 Benefits Students

National-level recognition

State and district rankings give students recognition and validation of their abilities at a wider level, not just within their own school.

Self-assessment & benchmarking

The exam helps students know their true potential at an all-India level, showing where they stand among peers.

Scholarships & rewards

Every participant who goes on to secure an IIT/NIT seat gets their first-year BTech tuition fully covered while top rankers are also recognised on the spot with cash rewards, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, trophies, and medals.

Early exam exposure

With a structured pattern (science, maths, mental ability) and no negative marking, students build confidence and get low-pressure practice for future competitive exams.

Inspiration through success stories

The "Hall of Fame" of past participants who’ve gone on to IIT, NIT, and top institutions gives students real role models and motivation to aim high.

Strong performers get genuine, public recognition state and district rankings and felicitation in front of their families along with the promise of a fully-funded first year of BTech if they go on to crack an IIT or NIT.

Connect

Ranked students enter the CBS network opening a direct channel between them and the universities and institutions shaping their future.

How Universities Can Benefit

Super 30’s flagship scholarship is built around IIT and NIT admission which means only a small fraction of the thousands of students who take the exam each year will claim it. The rest remain a large, motivated, and engaged pool of aspirants actively exploring their next step exactly the audience partner universities want in front of them, years before the admissions rush begins.

The right target group, at the right time

Reach ambitious, academically strong students in classes 7–12 already self-selected by taking a national-level exam long before they've drawn up a college shortlist.

Branding on the exam itself

Your university's presence on the hall ticket / admit card seen by every single participant before they even sit the exam.

Recall with the students who don't make it to IIT/NIT

The large majority of participants who don't claim the flagship scholarship remain warm, engaged prospects giving partner universities sustained visibility with exactly this pool as they approach their real admission decisions.

An ongoing partnership

Continued collaboration with the CBS Foundation team to shape how and when your university shows up this edition, and in the student initiatives that follow.

Targeting early, not during the rush

Build brand recall across multiple years of a student's academic journey, instead of competing for attention in the crowded final admissions season.

Digital ads and ongoing communication

Placement across the digital communication sent to registered students and families throughout the exam cycle registration, results, and rank-card announcements.

Presence at felicitation and recognition events

Visible, on-stage association when top performers are publicly felicitated in front of their families, across all four cities.
